This book offers three models of school, one for teachers, one for stu dents and one for families. All of them are called to achieve among th emselves a better understanding and communication. The objective is to look for a better way of learning and relating among teachers and stu dents; for parents and teachers to find techniques that would allow th em to commit themselves with a common project, through seven different steps. Each step demands humility, generosity, wonder, self evaluatio n, a sense of humour and team work. These steps will help to transform the process of education into one of the most interesting and rewardi ng duties and commitments of adults).
